My name is Arthur Smith and I used to be a really scrawny guy. I never thought I would be able to put on the weight. But then I met my brother’s friend who taught me how to put on weight by upping my caloric intake.
I started eating 2000 more calories a day for a total of 4500 calories and within 2 months had put on 15 pounds of muscle. I now have gained a total of 30 pounds of muscle and have never felt better.
